      I have yo-yo dieted MANY times. I even got a Gastric Lap Band put in 2 years ago and it is not working the way I hoped it would. I need a buddy or buddies to help me stay motivated. I am good at encouraging others but leave myself short when it comes to that.

      it will be 2 years June 21st that I paid for this surgery and I am only down 40 lbs. Not really working the way I had hoped.

      Had Lap Band done in 2005 which helped me lose 50 pounds but have gained almost all of it back.
      Overeaters Anonymous (OA) Not Working
      Slim-Fast Working / Worked
      It worked to bring me down to 125 pounds but unfortunately I am back up to over 200 pounds
      Weight Watchers Not Working
      Xenical Not Working
      did not work for me

      Trazodone Too Soon to Tell
      Seroquel Somewhat Helpful
      It helped for a while but then my insomnia returned and I had terrible dreams so I stopped and it made me gain some weight as well.
