I am 54 female. Over 4 yrs ago I was diagnosed w/FMS, Myofacial pain, tho I know I have had this for at least 18 yrs prior!. All the dr's I have seen and treatments and meds and physical therapy, I still am dealing w/this. Had a hysterectomy and am so happy about that! Tho, I have gained weight,feel miserable. Dr put me on estrogen, & has helped w/nite sweats & keeping me @ even pain level. Good thing is my husband & daughters!! They love me.

Type: Loss of a ParentLost my Mother Feb 6, 2008 to cancer of the lung,spine and shoulders. I had her for 53 yrs (my age) and though she lived far away and was not very much in my life until the last few yrs, her passing has been the most traumatic event I ever had. Mama I love you.
