About Me
I am a cancer survivor so far. I like to bead, crochet, and spend most of my time searching for my children. I am both a birth mom and adoptee, I only wish that some of the info I had been given had been given earlier to me I throughout the years have given lectures and classes on adoption to both birth parents and adoptive parents. I have counsuled many adoptive parents who werelied to about the child they were adoption and helped them to find the birth family to get accurated information. I have also helped many adoptees to locate birth parents and birth moms to find their children.

Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I am an overweight lady of over 50, with about 100 pounds to loose to get the doctor off my back. I am on a doctor ordered diet that really is strange. She has me eating a larger meal for breakfast, light lunch, slim fast shake for dinner,fruits for snack. I am not sure why she set things up this way. but i do know it works. I have had very low blood pressure most of my life but lately my blood pressure was up to 198 over 149 and so this diet. and I sure am worried about the blood pressure.
Treatments
- Counting Calories Not Working
- I got tired of trying to figure out calories. I think this one the doctor put me on is working better.
- Eat Less Not Working
- I ate less but then I am a nervous eater so I ae more. did not work out.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- walking for 30 minutes daily using weights on my arms and ankles to help strengthen my arm and leg muscles so I do not get flaby.too soon to tell how this is all working
- Slim-Fast Too Soon to Tell
- Using slim fast powder with 2% milk for supper followed with a fresh fruit for a snack. such as an orange or grapefruit, Too soon to tell how this is going
Open Physical & Emotional Abuse
I was emotionaly abuse by adopted mother who alway teld me how no good I was as I was a girl. Her boys were always perfect. she hit me often and finally I ran away when the abuse from her and her sons who used me as a sex toy just got so bad I could not take it.
