  glad 'it' arrived on time... may have been due to stress.. I know it has been affecting me that way lately
  
  I need to decide what to have for dinner... I was hoping on fish and chips but Gav is out to play footy tonight so it needs to be something small but I am oh so not in the mood... I'm going to go and have a lay down in a short while...just too tired to really d anything much

  I think prescription meds are the ones that only help with pain... I was given morphine a couple of times.. not that it really takes the pain away you are just too high to care, lol... good stuff
  
  yip I had my smoothie... may need to lower my carb intake so the banana in the smoothie may just have to go.. but don't think it will be nice without it

  I think it is called calcific tendonitis.. she did explain it to me but I wasn't very receptive to info at the time.. and yes with the pain... altho I have had much worse pain in my life so I can't really complain too much

  as far as I can understand there are calcium deposits in my tendons... but I have it in both shoulders and not sure why one hurts and the other does not.. I presume the massaging is to break the calcium up but I'm not too sure
