I love cooking and baking and may pursue those avenues for my next career. I love animals. I have 2 Bichon Frise's, 1 Bichon/Shitzu Cross, a Golden Retriever and a big ol' Cat named Jeckyl. I also like reading, writing and when feeling well enough I like to exercise.

hi how are you ?
I have been medically released from the Canadian Military (on 6 Dec 07) where I have served for 10 years as a Clerk. This is quite the shock for me as I had always thought the military would be my life-long career. About two years ago I started getting headaches and migraine headaches that stemmed from chronic Myofascial Pain (diagnosed much later) I started suffering daily and eventually I could no longer work. I have a husband that is very supportive but also at a loss on how to help.
About two years ago I started having Chronic Daily Headaches and Migraine Headaches that seemed to stem from Chronic Myofascial Pain that started in my neck and upper back. Of course it took quite a while for doctors to take me seriously, especially since I was serving in the military.
I was a "veg head" as a teen for personal and environmental reasons. I got away from it and returned to the lifestyle 2 years ago again for personal (including health) and environmental reasons. I am not a vegan, I still consume some amounts of dairy and eggs.
