Just been to counselling.

 

Today was a hard day.

 

It made me cry

    I recently went to my first therapy session and it was hard as hell! (I wrote a journal about it) I cried too. I put my sun glasses on so I wouldnt be seen when speaking of some things...Glad to hear you went to counseling though :)Great step towards recovery...
