I love to shop (for just about anything), eat out, bowl, swim, and travel. Now that we are empty nesters, we eat out regularly and try to vacation a couple of times a year.

I was having terrible night sweats. I was getting them one after another. My body didn't know what to do sweat or shiver. I tried Estroven and after about 3 weeks it seemed as if it was working. I went to the MD and she said she didn't want me on it because of the unknown long term side effects. She put me on some anti seizure drug that they said works but it made me dizzy for all the rest of the next day. I am thinking of going back on the Estroven, at least through the summer months.

I always loved a back and shoulder rub but I couldn't stand to be touched. I went to all kinds of docs and they did all sorts of tests. Nothing was conclusive. It took an open minded doc who came up with the diagnosis of Fibro. Many docs did not believe it existed...until this one. It took years before I accepted any treatment.
