shaved my head so i do not pull. watcha gonna do?got my eyebrows waxed so i do not pull them. life is ok .hope all is well my friends!

    ok so here is the question how do we realize the results of our pulling while we pull?if we realized while we pulled "looking for that folicule"that is is making us bald can we stop?i am going to not pull for 1 hr starting now
