ahhhhh not again Mood

i had trouble sleeping last night!so guess what happened?in a trance like state, i pulled my hair and eyelashes.now i have a big ol gap inbetween my eyelashes. usually at this point i shave my head and get rid of allllll my eyelashes. what do i do now??????????????any suggestions would be appreciated!i need help!!!!help me please!!!!!!!!
