It's great that you are eating kiwis, eklord. They are loaded with Vit C but there's a a lot of foods with Vit. C.

I was diagnosed with PTSD three years ago.
I was raped two times in the past three or so years. The details are in my journal entry, and you are welcome to read them.
My mom physically and emotionally abused me growing up, and is in denial that she ever did anything to me.
I am a full time college student working two jobs. Life is very stressful.
I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in my back, but also know that I have it in my knees. I found out that I am in phase 2, and am in need of support. My neck is the worse.
I was diagnosed with this when I was in middle school. My scoliosis has become worse over the years, and am now back in Chiropractic care. I am giving it time to work with the possiblity of going to see a surgeon if need be in the upcoming months.
I was in a recent car accident, and now have a terrible short/long term memory. I also have PTSD too, which kind of complicates things.
I had a Patent Ductus Arteriosis from 0-4 years of age, and had heart surgery. My heart was enlarged because of it. I now have a Mitrol Valve Prolapse.
