  When we lose someone a part of us dies too. Give yourself permission to be ok in the pain and honest about where you are at. Those who care and love you will do so unconditionally.   sweetie, I am so sorry for the loss of your father. That is such a painful thing to go through, esp. with not alot of friends to talk to. That is why we are here. We are listners and cheerleaders for each other. This is where you go to vent, because holding in these things will only make yourself sick and more angree. My sister and I were not really on speaking terms when my mom was diagnosed with cancer in her blood. When the Dr. told mom the news, my sis called me and I rushed back to the hosp. and my mom and I made our peace, then my sis and I made ours. Life is so short and we never know when our time is to come. My mom was only 72 when she passed Jan.10,2007. I still can't help but feel cheated that she left us too early in her life. But only God knows the answers to this, so I try not to dwell on it, but I do miss her sooooo much. We are all here for you whenever you need anything, so please, if you let us, we will try to help and be there for you. Just remember to take it one day at a time and everyone grieves differently.
