I too have firbromyalgia so I wanted to send a hug and let you know I know how feel..

Hugs and a joke! A little boy was taken to the dentist. It was discovered that he had a cavity that ould have to be filled. "Now, young man," asked the dentist, "what kind of filling would you like for that tooth?" "Chocolate, please," replied the youngster.

When we lose someone a part of us dies too. Give yourself permission to be ok in the pain and honest about where you are at. Those who care and love you will do so unconditionally. Life has taught me ; the only way out of the pain is by going through it as best as we can one day at a time. Take small steps and be compassionate to yourself. In my prayers, Phil

Close Fibromyalgia
Diagnosed April 2007, have been suffering very badly for about 8 months, most likley have had FMS since 1997.
Treatments
- Cyclobenzaprine Working / Worked
- Helps me relax those twiching muscles
- Cymbalta Not Working
- Worked for the pain for about 3 weeks, then nothing. It did help with the depression.
- Heat Working / Worked
- Love my heated car seats, I could live in there, must have heat.
- Lyrica Not Working
- Was gaining weight, and that was not in the plan, so off I went, started looking for something else
- Naproxen Working / Worked
- Take 2xs a day 500mg, pain was is much better, then without it.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- started taking it a few weeks ago, and seems to be helping with the depression
- Walking Working / Worked
Close Bereavement
My father went into the hosp on a Thursday night 11pm, and by the next Wednsday 4am he was gone. Massive Strok
