I am very much a golfer ( a hacker) long time retired at age 45.....love my grandkids(9)...children in Atlanta, California and here in Tn. married to the same guy for 47 years..duh....4 sisters, 2 brothers, 4 dogs, great friends, hate cooking, like traveling, guess that is it. Other than this awful gerd I starteded having migraines 5 years ago which slowed me down a lot but right now I want to get this Gerd under control. Has any one heard about the Plicator Procedure to correct Gerd?

I have tried everything, had all the test and suregery has been recommended.Frightened me. A fairly new procedure became available in 2003 called The Plicator Procedure. The problem is finding a Doctor that knows how to do it, unless you can go to Baylor- Harvard. Type in Plicator Procedure and read aboutit. It is a 20 minute out patient procedure and sounds great. Right now I am scheduled tohave it in Atlata, Georga (8 hours form home) but would loce to hear from anyone that has had it.
