Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
The reason I'm here is because I know trying to get healthy by eating right and exercising is hard, and if I can help others get through it and allow them to help me, then sign me up!!! I have been using food (Binge eating is my biggest issue) for all the wrong reasons since I was 13... I'm 31 now, you do the math. I know it adds up to too much time worrying about food. I want to take the extra weight off and then live life to the fullest... not thinking about food 24/7.
Treatments
- 3 Hour Diet Not Working
- This did not work for me because I didn't take the time to prepare my meals ahead of time so I was eating snacks every 3 hours.
- Atkins Diet Somewhat Helpful
- I know this will help people lose a lot of weight and keep it off... how do they stick with it though? I think I was limiting my food to the basics and got bored.
- Eating Healthier Foods Not Working
- I have never felt so deprived.
- Eat Less Somewhat Helpful
- This makes sense to me but being a compulsive eater and watching my portions just led to more binge eating.
- Weight Watchers Not Working
- I found myself playing mind games about the daily point allowance and moving them around so I could eat more and 'not feel guilty'.
