They say that laughter is the best medicine. I have a few tv shows that make me laugh - or at least smile - that I try to watch. It is a nice 30 minute break from reality. I hope that you are feeling all right and that you have a nice week. God bless.
Thank you for joining us in the Laughter Club www.dailystrength.org/groups/laugh... Have an excellent day and a super week! :-)
Thank you for reaching out. I really appreciate the encouragement. It has been very hard but there are some good moments. Sadly, we are ruined financially and neither of us is healthy. I am hoping we can keep our home or find another one. It is a scary thing. It looks like you've had some serious physical problems as well. I am sorry and I hope that things improve for you. I hope you have a good week and that your trip goes smoothly. Again, thank you.
How are you doing.
had cardiac arrythmia 10 days ago to point of passing out, in hospital over weekend for testing & observation. Testing this week, still learning just where I am with this problem, others input welcome...
Have ahd food and airborn allergies for many years with "D" getting worse as years went by. Was finally diagnosed as Celiac nearly a year ago. Got better and gained weight back (some of it) but having much problem with "D" again. will see GI Dr. again soon and hoping to find more answers.
After many rounds of bladder infection, taking antibiotics I devloped C. Difficile..was in hospital for 12 days. C. diff. caused organ damage including kidney, heart and lung...most of that damage has repaired itself since 11/06 but will be tested soon to see if I need a heart pacemaker. I learned to be VERY careful about taking antibiotics..C. diff. can be very serious. Evie
Have had many years of IC needed antibiotics every few months. after a bladder exam a year ago and prescibed tiny amount of premarin 2 times a week I am much better. I have a small constriction in bladder neck that neds the hormones. Also am Celiac, sem to go together + food allergies. Need lots of water too.
I have had sciatica problems off and on for a long, long time. Started when I used to be on my feet at work on cement floors. Adjustments by Osteopath, not walking on soft surface, sitting up straight, heat, rest, taking walks on hard surface and rubbing on arthritis cream have helped. I also fell over a log that injured the calf of my leg made situation worse. I have used tylenol when was bad. sometimes mine extends from left side of lower spine to aech of left foot. I am better now!! Evie
My husband has had dementia for many years..he had frontal lobe damage in 1985..it maybe his problems are from that. he is on his 3rd medication and his nuerologist put him on namenda over a year ago. Dr. is quite pleased/ his progress on it. He is still capable of doing many chores, including cooking & helping me. Dr. only uses diagnosis of dementia, anyone else have situation of this illness over 23 years?
I have been gluten intolernt for many years, have diverticulosis, many other problems. After so much 'D' for years am now swinging over to 'C' a few days a week, am finding if I eat more fruit and LOTS of water + plus a few fiber pills I do better.
