KCJ Windsong lives in Ontario, Canada with her husband. She has two grown daughters and two grandchildren.  She was born in Prince George, B.C., and raised near an Indian reserve in eastern Alberta. Windsong was told that “depression is anger turned inward” and she was angry at everything. She started seriously writing in 2007, when she started expressing her thoughts.
