  Big warm hug. Electricity heating is the most costly form of winter heat. My condolences. Thought you guys had a ton of natural gas up there? That is the way to go. Maybe should work on way to broadcast power! Nicola Tesla was working on that right after he invented alternating current. Too bad some geniuses can't live a little longer!!

  Hello lovely lady! Didn't want you to think I have forgotten you. Just trying to get my priorities straight. I'm learning a NEW WORD -- it is the OPPOSITE of YES, lol, getting easier to say too, though the guilt sometimes follows. But, I am growing, just slowly:P

  I opened up ds first this morning because yahoo was acting up. It looks like a great day shaping up. Woke up at 0250, and Debra was having some problems. I read to her for a few minutes, and went back to sleep. I really did get good sleep last night. Sending you some purple healing energy for use as needed. I cannot seem to run out of this stuff, so I just give it away. At start of day then, joy from the four corners; up and down. Makes our world turn around!

  Did you see the show "Is China Trying To Kill Us". Very scary. Yes they are expensive but you know what you are getting. Let me do some checking before you go. I can ask Chiropractor what is good on the shelves of a store and what stores. Naomi ox

  I know Nature Valley for things like Fish Oil and Flaxseed is a good company. I get mine at Meijers or Walmart,which I do not like Walmart but if I have to go I do. Both of those viamins/minerals are good for depression. I don't get all my vitamins from him only the ones I am worried that don't meet the right standards. There is also the health food stores. They carry quality products, just be careful there or you will be walking out with a grocery bag of pills. Figure out what you need and want and don't say yes to anything else. They have good products but are all about selling. Write it down and don't listen to them. I ran out of calcium and the corel level (multi) so I don't have a bottle but as soon as I get them (this week) I will let you know but I think you have to be a doc to get them. We will see. Naomi xo

  I get my vitamins from my chiropractor whom I only go to about once a year or if I injure myself. His are for sure good because he gets them a reputable company. You cannot by them at a store only from a doctor. I would never get anything made in china or out of the country. Canada has a good reputation for vitamins. I guess you just have to read the label and do some internet search first. Be weary of fillers. Just get the right info off the net of what you want. There are different types of all vitamins. Like Calcium, that is a confusing one. Well goos luck. I am getting some folic acid monday. Naomi xo

  Hi sweetie, haven't caught up with you lately! Sure do miss you. Things are quiet tonight (unusual,ha) with hubby and son gone camping. Nice to have the place to myself, which rarely happens anymore, sigh... Talk with you soon!

  I remember my Doc telling me a long time ago to take Folic Acid but you know how it is you just get away from doing things you should do. My cup gets so full I leave stuff out and then forget to put them back. I thought he told me 400 mgs. Naomi xo

  Hey Sister, how are you? I'm doing... week has started off quite well, I think. Except for maybe showing a tarantula to the "Critters Class" 1-2 years olds,YIKES!
