WELL, I AM ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTED WITH MYSELF!! I need to lose some weight after these holidays...
I have been watching the biggest loser and it is so inspirational, wouldnt it be great if we could all go away to a place where all they do is work with you on diet and excersise and you dont have to work, or do anything else but concentrate on yourself. Isnt that a fantasy??!! I really wonder how these people can do it. How do you leave your home, spouse, children, job and just go away to lose weight on a show for months at a time?
I dont know but I really do need to lose some weight and be serious about it and stick to it. I have changed my eating habits for the better but I am also still nursing a baby so I cant get too crazy yet but I as soon as i'm done nursing its on.

LOL...I am with you on all of it! I mean what the hell? Look at Oprah, all the money in the world, private trainers and a chef and she still yo yos! Give yourself time to get over the nursing first, have to stay healthy for that sweetie of yours! But I am here with ya, maybe we can motivate each other>?
