  well, its been a long time since i wrote anything but it has been so busy with school , and dr. appts, and holidays and all that. life is overwhelming at times. We are still trying to find the perfect combo of meds for Jacob. I wish they had a miracle pill that would just fix everything all at once. The cost of some of the meds are very financially draining but what are you supposed to do??!! I just hope we find the right combo soon. He does come up with some very funny sayings though I have to admit..When he gets mad some of the things he says I have to turn away because I cant help but laugh...

 On a more up beat note,my baby has gotten 6 teeth almost all at once. Thank god my kids have always been very good when teething, you would hardly even know it. All of a sudden they have a tooth. Poor Noelle has gotten all 4 front teeth all at once in this past week. Pretty amazing as far as i'm concerned. I love my kids to death, it is kind of bittersweet with Noelle. She is my last child I will have. I'm not saying I want anymore, I could'nt have anymore anyway, i had my tubes tied after her. I dont think my poor body could take anymore( I have had 4 c-sections) or my wallet for that matter. But It is still a little sad for me to know she will be the last baby for my husband and I. I am trying to enjoy her babyhood as much as I can,if that makes any sense. I want her to stay a baby as long as possible. They all grow up way too fast as far as I'm concerned.

 Well, I have to get back to work and do something productive.. I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving.....

  Lets see: I am thankful that I have 4 beautiful children, a Good husband ( even though he does some really stupid things,but thats a man for ya) and My mother who does so much for my family I dont know what I would do without her...
