WEll, I HAVE NOW OFFICIALLY LOST 13 AND 1/2 POUNDS!!!!!!
I EVEN JOGGED A 1/4 MILE AFTER I WALKED MY MILE AFTER WORK LAST NIGHT.
I COULD BARELY JOG ACROSS THE YARD BEFORE AND NOW, I CAN JOG A 1/4 MILE!!!!
I FEEL SO GOOD, I DONT EVEN CARE IF THE HUSBAND IS HARDLY INTERESTED IN WHAT I AM DOING, I NEEDED TO DO THIS FOR ME.
IT IS MY TIME, I'M DONE HAVING BABIES SO NOW IT IS TIME FOR ME.
AND IN A WAY IT IS FOR THEM TOO. THEY NEED A HEALTHY MAMA TO BE AROUND FOR THEM AND I NEED TO BE HEALTHY FOR ME.
JUST LETTING EVERYONE KNOW HOW IT'S GOING. THATNK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT, GOD KNOWS I NEED IT...
