Hello , This is my first post. My husband did take me down to the hospital the other night. I was there 2-3 hours. we were both hoping I would be admitted. My insurance would not pay for impatient, This hspital is a locked down unit and the insurance said I would have to be suicidal for them to pay for it. The dr that saw me gave me some referrals which we are trying to contact now.I was on lexpro which did nothing for me and seemed to make me worse. I have not had any meds for a couple weeks. I am getting worse. I even have trouble with coping with doing day to day daily funtions. severe anxiety and cannot sleep even when I am exhausted.The dr did say PTSD is possible due to the yrs of mental abuse. hope to get help soon. I feel my kids are suffering because of me. I just want the pain to stop. It is hard to understand how my own immediate family (my father, My sister) are so insensitive and crapppy to me.
