i have had anxiety/depression 4 16yrs.when it 1st started my scalp felt like it was on fire or like i had insects crawling under the scalp.my neck and shoulders really ached.i had panic attacks.and was afraid 2 go 2 sleep.i have tried many things over the years,which i have found helpful.what i havent found helpful is gps.2 this day i still suffer the lump in throat.tension,if it was not 4 my son back then i would of given up.
Treatments
- Acupuncture Working / Worked
- this is the best therapy for me to help the muscle tension and my anxiety.would have this all the time.fully recommend.the only downfall is that its not cheap and i cant get it on the nhs here.
- Hypnotherapy Working / Worked
- help to relax me.where my muscles were so tense the hynotherapy relaxed them. you could feel them twitching all over my body.
Close Menopause
early menopause.doc says 10yrs early.was put on hrt but 4 only 3mths made me feel ill.scary stuff.i am 41yrs.not sure when it started.maybe early stages about 5yrs ago.not sure as same time brother died.so difficult 2 say.i have the works..itchy skin.mood swings.depression.night sweats.this not 2 bad,same as hot flushes.dont feel sexy and weight.well that just keeps going up and up.no waist no more.looks like i am 8wks pregnant.and fibroids nice x
