I have been literally non-stop busy. We found a house- put in an offer and have decided to do this and then work on and sell ours- with no way to show ours with our dogs and how tight we are here...wish us luck- we have gone over finances and can swing it. I am a bit apprehensive but it is good- i have been so can do and no panic! AJ has been good when I cried because everything was going so fast and I was overwhelmed. The new home is wonderful- the main floor almost doubles our square footage- and it has 3 and a half baths! YAY! A big yard for kids and dogs, a hot tub and a beautiful great room! iF INSPECTION fRIDAY GOES WELL IT looks like we start moving next month. My mom has surgery Friday...I am most worried about this . I can not imagine our lives w/o her- and with what happende before...I have been avoiding it as much as possible...I hope all of you on here are doing well. Take care. Wow that is a lot going on - I know what you mean - I have been at odds with my parents but my dad recently got very ill and I too cannot imagine life without him. He is doing ok now but has a long road to recovery. We tried to sell our house and move too but it did not work out for us, we needed to sell before we could buy another one, and here in CA our townhome did not have much interest....we are glad now because we are comfortable with the payment here - we'll try again later....you definitely bought at a good time, so congrats!
