Not doing well, my neighbor has escallated her attacks. For those I have talked with, this is the neighbor that feels that Lupus should be renamed "Lazy". She has continued to overseed my lawn and put poison on my trees (to give her more sunlight, including a very large spruce next to the house), poisoned my cat through the screen (killing it), blew smoke through the screen into my bedroom while my sister and niece slept there.....most recently called the city everyday until they mowed my lawn (that did not exceed the 7" law...they did not mow the entire lawn, just where she asked them to).  So now the four years I have put into greening up a large white spot that was there when I bought the house is all for naught, as it is mowed to dirt.

This neighbor has also killed a large area of flowering shrubs chemically to get more light on one of her flower beds...yes she bragged about this after I closed on the house. She also dug up perennials the week I closed from my yard and admits to stealing vinca from my garden.

It has been four years of verbal abuse.....yelling, cussing.....physical threats...wiaving a shovel at me...and digging, mowing, seeding, poisoning my yard, me and my pets. She is delusional. This is all based on the belief that the variety of grass in my yard is coming to get her. I love my house, I hate my neighbor. I have filed for a TRO and pray that it is granted on Monday.
