MRI with contrast: Bad reaction Mood
Saturday, May 30, 2009
I had an MRI with contrast on my hip two weeks ago. I became terribly ill. I had such pain in my hip that I required crutches to get to the bathroom. That was often, as I also had vomitting and diarhea. Now, weeks later, I was checking DS to see if anyone else here has had a bad reaction to the contrast. It has also triggered weeks of headaches and fatigue. Prior to the procedure, I was a person who could not help getting up at 5 am and was making great progress on my garden as well as at running my department at work. Today I got out of bed at 2:30 pm! I am starting to feel very depressed and wondering when I will be better. The pain is gone, but I am so not myself. I was really doing very well for a person with health conditions....now I feel handicapped.
