  I know it's hard to see his face on TV. I know how you feel when you say you wish he would just die! For a long time I kept hoping I'd see my rapist on TV or in the paper with the news that he had died a horrible death. But instead, I found he got married recently. That made me so f'ing angry too. He doesn't deserve that happiness. But I still believe in Karma. Thay may be happy now, but ultimately the universe has a way of evening the score. Hang in there. Focus on all the positives in your life. Seems like you've got a lot of them!

  I read your reply to the post in the Lupus group on self esteem. As Alyssum is one of my favourite plants (we call it Sweet Alice) I took the liberty of reading your profile. What did I find? a vibrant, hard working, talented (the cake looks most professional) young woman who has a lot to be proud of. Your journal says you are now a departmental head in your workplace, well I'm sure they only promote people to this level when they recognise true value to the organisation. Keep plodding on with the typing, I know it's hard but you'll get there, slow and steady wins the race. Anyway, have a good working week and stop being so hard on yourself....love, light and peace.
