Thank you for your kind words on anxiety and endo. Xanax has been a God send for me these last few months. I have also noticed that it helps with the endo pain (muscles not so tight when in pain) - Dr. thinks combo of Xanax and pain meds is a good fit for my Stage 4 endo - especially with the loss of our niece and her friends to suicide. Thank you for your caring and thoughtful posting!

Close Anxiety
I have been dianosed with agoraphobia over ten years ago.
Treatments
- Breathwork Too Soon to Tell
- Klonopin Somewhat Helpful
- Helps but I think it makes me dizzy and a little bit out of it. Trying to see if I can adjust to it.
- Lexapro Not Working
- Didn't like it. Seemed to make my anxiety much worse. Didn't want to eat, didn't want to go out of my house, panicky all the time for really no reason.
- Trileptal Not Working
- Low dose didn't work
- Xanax Somewhat Helpful
- doesn't get rid of anxiety but helps calm me down a little
- Zoloft Not Working
- Ackkkk..makes me so sick I don't want to eat. I've been laying on the couch for a week! Hate it! Going to stop it.
Close Endometriosis
Have moderate endometriosis. Diagnosed in 2001. Had a laparotomy to clean everything out. I think it's back. And I am also have anxiety issues. No one believes me that I believe it is related to hormonal imbalance

- Progesterone Cream Not Working
- Didn't work for me. My system seemed to be on overload and sometimes progesterone can convert to cortisol in your system (which is the stress chemical)..... worth trying though. I have other issues involved.

Open Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
After a kidney surgery in 1996 which was treated incorrectly in many ways the bubble of security broke. Since then I have suffered from anxiety attacks

- EMDR Somewhat Helpful
- I have a hard time with EMDR pulling up memories. There seems to be block there unless I am in a meltdown mode. Still trying it though. Worth the effort.
Open Anemia
Type: Iron Deficiency AnemiaFound out I was anemic due to irregular menstrual bleeding in Oct 2006. taking iron pills and slowly gaining ground. Dr. just told my husband I may need to stay on iron for about 10 years.

- Slowly but surely. Was told to take 100 mg of Vitamin C with each iron pill. And to take about three a day. I never remember to take that many

Open Smoking Addiction & Recovery
Been smoking for nine years. Really need to quit. It is adding to my acid reflux and allergies to the point where I feel like I can't breathe well. I am so addicted though I will continue to smoke no matter how I feel. I'm worried I will never have the willpower to quit. But I need to.

Type of allergy: PollenAllergies to every pollen there is. Think also when allergies flare up it triggers my anxiety symptoms.

- Works well for sneezing but not stuffy nose. I've taken it for 5 years or more. No drowsiness with it.
Open Phobia
Agoraphobia for about 11 years. Although the intensity comes and goes. Haven't been able to get out of town in at least 5 years
