I spoke to my neurologist on Friday Dec 5th and she wants me to stay on the present dosage of trileptal (450 mg) till my Jan 26 th visit. This didnt make me happy but I am doing well after the surgery.
I am down to 450 mg of trileptal twice a day this week. Still pain free after gamma knife surgery on Oct. 16th.

The gamma knife surgery was on Oct 16. I am still taking a full dose of trileptal (525mg twice a day) and still have foggy days on that med. But doing well pain wise. I will start reducing tripleptal on Nov 16th. I am still fearfull the TN pain will come back.
