  i am sure stranger things have happened pabuddy. i always watch a lot of stories to see common denominators. so far i see a lot of tmj, some trauma stuff, dental procedures. whip lash etc. i was on a wild roller coaster ride and was very weird and sick when i came off of it. like couldn't get my balance, greener than grass. so i always wondered if my neck got a good crack. who knows. then i met a really nice guy from the south who swears it was after a roller coaster ride he got the facial pain....but my pain came years later for me. my dr always says nothings shows me why you have it. my job now is to make your life better. great dr. blessings for a pain free week jady

  Thanks Ralph!!! How long have you been on Trileptal? I did not work for me at all. Gave me a bit of a tension headache-which of course worsens the facial pain--and made me very nauseated and confused. I tried for a few months before giving up. Good luck!! Do you have to take any pain meds at all now?
