      Yesterday, a person posted on here in the midst of a binge and it made me think about choices. I'd been where she was on so many occasions, but in the end it was all up to me. I guess we just can't afford to get complacent.

      1ST drink at 13 never stopped until hit bottom 35 years later just didn't want to hurt anymore. It was all about the effect. 4 dui, 4 rehab/detox, 4 x jail 4x,overdosed Striving for the new journey in life & living life the way its to be lived.

      Treatments

      12 Step Program Working / Worked
      Live the 12 steps on a daily basis to the best of my ability found out my will power always got me in a whole lot of trouble. Give away some of my experience that was so freely given to me. Also take XANGO an all natural food juice with mangosteen includes a antioxidant
      AA Meetings Working / Worked
      Average. 4 meetings a week, associate with great friends in the program and share my experience, strength & hope when asked. I have been taught you have to give it away to keep sobriety, recovery & balance.
