I AM SO F***ING PISSED OFF!

SO DAMNED PISSED OFF!

GET THIS, LAST WEEK THE FRONT DESK LADY, GINA, WAS CHECKING IN A VIP CASE, FINE WHAT EVER THATS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH MY JOB. THE GUESTS WERE SUPPOST TO BE IN A KING BED ROOM, BUT THE ROOM THAT THEY WERE GIVEN IS LABLED AS A QUEEN. AGAIN WHATEVER THATS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH ME.

GINA CALLED ME OVER TO THE FRONT DESK AND ASKED ME, IN FRONT OF THE GUESTS, IF I KNEW IF THE ROOM WAS A KING OR QUEEN. I TOLD HER IT WAS A QUEEN ROOM, BECAUSE THATS WHAT IT ISAYS IN THE COMPUTER. WELL GINA DIDN'T BELIEVE ME SO SHE SENT ME UP TO THE ROOM TO CHECK THE BED, AND GAVE ME ANOTHER ROOM TO CHECK TOO.

FIIIIIIINE WHATEVER, THATS NOT PART OF MY JOB BUT THE LAST TIME I TOLD GINA ANYTHING I WAS YELLED AT. SO I WENT UP TO THE ROOM, THE BED WASN'T VERY BIG WO I CHECKED THE OTHER ROOM, WHICH WAS A LARGER ROOM. I CALLED DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK AND TOLD GINA THAT THE SECOND ROOM WAS LARGER.

FINE END OF STORY WHATEVER, SHE PUT THE GUESTS INTO THAT SECOND ROOM.

THE NEXT DAY I COME IN AND I GET YELLED AT FOR GINA PUTTING THE GUESTS IN THE WRONG ROOM. THEY SAID AND I QUOTE "THAT ROOM WAS PERFECT, WE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT IN THAT ROOM FOR THEM"

my first thought was -why aren't all the rooms perfect for the other guests?-

AGAIN I WAS LIKE WHATEVER, NO BIG DEAL ITS OVER AND DONE WITH, THE GUEST CAME THEY LEFT AND THEY LIKED THE ROOM.

THE END?

NOPE!

2 DAYS AGO MY BOSS TOLD ME TO MEASURE THE BEDS, 

-you know what fine whatever-

SO I LOOKED UP THE SIZES, DOUBLE CHECKED THEM AT SEVERAL DIFFERENT SITES, AND MEASURED THE BEDS.

-whatever!-

SO I MEASURED THE BEDS, THEY WERE ALL QUEEN SIZED BEDS, EVERY FRICKEN ONE OF THEM!

-whatever damnit-

SO I LEFT MY BOSS A NOTE SAYING, "YUP THEY ARE QUEENS"

THE END?

NOPE!

LAST NIGHT I GET CALLED INTO A "MEETING"

-great whatever-

AND GINA COMES TOO

-oh yeah this is going well-

NOW MY BOSS STARTS YELLING AT ME FOR TELLING THE GUESTS THAT THE ROOM WASN'T A KING.

-i am totally lost-

GINA TOLD THE GENERAL MANAGER, THE FRONT DESK MANAGER, HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER, AND MY BOSS THAT I CAME AT HER AND TOLD HER IN FRONT OF THE GUESTS THAT SHE WAS WRONG.  SO NOW THEY ARE PISSED AT ME CAUSE THE GUESTS WERE MOVED.

 SO THEY WENT ON AND ON ABOUT HOW I SHOULDN'T HAVE SAID ANYTHING.

-now im really lost-

THEY SEEMED TO HAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT I SIMPLY ATTACKED GINA TO MAKE HER LOOK BAD. EVERY TIME I TRIED TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED I GOT, AGAIN I QUOTE

"THAT SENARIO DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. THE FRONT DESK WOULD NEVER ASK YOU FOR INFORMATION. YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE ROOMS."

-i was beyond lost, cause A) in the computer its a queen; B) i checked the room and C) why would this be such a major problem?-

SO A QUICK OVER VIEW OF THE MEETING AS FALLOWS:

1) I AM A LIAR

2) I AM STUPID

3) I KNOW NOTHING

4) I AM NOT ALLOWED TO CORRECT MISTAKES

5) I AM UNTRUST WORTHY

6) I AM NOT ALLOWED TO DO ANYONE ELSES JOB (EXCEPT EVERYTHING I HAVE TO DO)

7) I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE ROOMS

8) I AM NOT TO TALK TOTHE FRONT DESK IN FRONT OF GUEST, ABOUT GUESTS, ABOUT ROOMS OR ABOUT ANYTHING THAT IS NOT SECURITY RELATED.

9) I AM NOT TO UPSET GINA

10) I AM NOT TO CHECK THE ROOMS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE WHAT THE COMPUTER SAYS THEY ARE.

AND THE BEST PART:

EVEN THOUGH IN THE REST OF THE WORLD THE BEDS ARE QUEEN BEDS, HERE IN THE HOST THEY ARE KINGS. AND IF I EVER GET IT WRONG AGAIN I WILL BE WRITTEN UP.

At one point i made a color coded map from the computer information, for the reservations office so they could put all the wedding roms together and not spaced all over the hotel. Gina did not like the map, and "it's wrong you HAVE to change it".

So after getting my *** chewed out over this F***ing Bull S*** I got to punch in 10 min. late.

Now Gina is all smug cause she just got away with whatever she just did, and if I have a problem then "take it up with Russ (the general manager)"

I am so pissed off, I punched the door.

I have however finished my resume tonight, and am looking in to a different job quite actively,

there is no reason I need to put up with this Bull S*** every F***ing day I come to work.

I don't need this, and I so do not get paid enough to baby sit the staff and their parinoid problems.

So lets see:

 the computers are wrong

so its my fault.

Gina was wrong

so its my fault.

housekeeping is to lazy to clean all the rooms

so its my fault

no one else has checked the rooms

so its my fault

did i mention stupid

...

i think i did

but as they kept reminding me that i was

i figured id list it a couple times

this f***ing bull s*** is so f***ing stupid and retarted that i have surpassed pissed this time

i wanted to stand in front of both my boss and Gina and say

"grow the f***ing hell up you f***ing b****, and answer for your own f***ing mistakes! i'm not the f***ing scape goat!"

but i need this job until i can get another one.

ahhh im so fricken....aggrivated.....pissed....angry...

why the hell is always my fault?

I hardly ever lie, I just don't, yet no one ever believes me

I never violate anyones trust, but no one trusts me

I never not do anything that needs to be done or is asked of me, but everyone thinks im lazy

I listen to all the stories people tell me, yet the bosses don't think im friendly enough

I work really hard at being a good person, yet the more I try the worse things get...

im lost....

what am i missing?
