About Me
I am from the beautiful country of the philippines and now in the wonderful country-US. I have lupus. I had my kidney biopsy last feb. 07 and then on march 8, 07 were the beginning of my diagnosed. It is very tough for me and to my husband to handle this disease but we just keep praying and praying and trust God. I also have hyperthyroidism. I first discovered it when my physician checked my TSH last late of october 08.

I like having good friends and sharing ideas. I do love to cook. Doing crafting, internet surfing, gathering good informations, listen to a wonderful music, watch food network and watch shows from my country. And lastly, I also love to read inspirational books.

I was started diagnosed march 8, 2007 after my kidney biopsy and was detected as lupus....
Treatments
- Cellcept Working / Worked
- I think it's working already....
- Cozaar Working / Worked
- I would say it's working but not very much....gives me lightedness almost everyday... :-(
- Naproxen Considering
- I am considering this as helpful very little...it makes my stomach more painful...It helps my joints a th' but it would be addicted. My doc. said not good for my kidney so I stop taking it. My joints are not bad anymore so when I get sick I just took aspirin but not much too coz not good for kidney also...
- Plaquenil Working / Worked
- I can tell it is already working for taking about 6 or 7 months already if I am not mistaken but it develop me tinnitus and hurt my stomach...
- Prednisone Somewhat Helpful
- ohhh horrible side effects. I always have insomnia and palpitation and more side effects those are my main two.--- (I'm done of this)
Close Panic Attacks
Sept. 8, 2006. My heartbeat suddenly raised. My forehead sweating, my hands cold and my feet. I was broght to my doc.and she said I have panic attack. She said she will not give me meds until it will happen often instead she let me wear a heart monitor for 1 month.

Open Insomnia
I am suffering insomnia for about 8 months already...I've been taking lunesta for 8 months already too but seems like not working much anymore. I always get dizzy mostly in the morning...

Open Tinnitus
My ears slowly develop an ear noise...very bothering and it gives me anxiety/panic attack sometimes..it is a noise like mosquitos, sometimes like an air whistling...
Open TMJ
I don't know if I have this TMJ or not but all I know is I have a joints problem in my upper neck and ears...and I can also hear like tic in my ears and click in my neck. Also, my jaw thro my neck feels like a teeh sensitivity. I would like to know other's experiences thro this community.

- I think it is already working but sometimes pain still hit my joints but not as bad as before.

My hands and toes turn to white and bluish especially when I feel cold and my doctor said I have raynaud's disease related to lupus.
