     The wedding was absolutely perfect!!!! I have never had the feeling that something was so wonderful, I had to be dreaming, until now. I felt like the fairytale princess and it was more than I ever dreamed of.

     I think that I was able to enjoy all this so much because we did try to keep it as simple as possible, while still being a beautiful ceremony and reception. I kept telling James that I wanted us to be able to enjoy each other and laugh thru all the last minute planning and changes, and not be stressing about anything. On my wedding day, when my Mom or Dad would say 'Oh, we didn't get this, or that', I told them 'The big day is here! We'll make do with what we have and have a great time!' I was very happy and excited the whole day, and for that I will always be happy. I didn't want to be the bride who obsessed and cried about what went wrong with the day, so in my eyes, the day was a phenomenal success!

     Some of the most wonderful moments of my day... the moment when I was just out of view, and holding my dad's arm, just before he walked me down. I gave him a squeeze on the arm and grinned and told him, 'It's time! Here we go!' and we both smiled big and started out. The most wonderful smile on my true love's face as he first saw me. And the way we both could not stop smiling and looking at each other as we listened the the words of the justice of the peace who married us in that beautiful garden.

     At the reception... the cutting of the cake when we shoved the cake and frosting in each other's face, then he licked the frosting off my face. The first dance when we did the waltz and he was nervous. A few of my friends knew that we had learned the dance from a video and they yelled out, '5, 6, 7, 8! And the garter toss, when James knelt before me to pull the garter off, and my dad ran over and stood beside me acting like he was watching James closely to make sure he behaved himself.

     It was beautiful, wonderful, and so much fun. I will post alot of pictures here when I get the photo discs in. Thank you all for your wonderful wishes and the hugs and comments I received.
