Well it was a pretty good day all around, got up early and did a bit of house work, wasn't really all that much needed done inspite of being gone all day yesterday.

We still have not gotten snow,l it managed to by-pass us again and my neighbor is getting pretty frustrated by it, it is quite rare not to have sticking snow on the ground by now.

So with the sun and with my new laptop, which is supposed to use so much less power I thought I'd see how much time I could play online today before it got to be a problem...managed five hours and then it was because the sun was to far west to do much of a charge.  The sun is coming up to where I can see it about nine thirty in the morning but it's not up high enough to actualy make power until close to noon.  I do think we need to get up and adjust the solar panel, I think it is still at a summer time setting and we didn't change that last winter but there were trees that blocked the sun part of the time too so I didn't rely on solar very much last year.  I keep thinking I might be able to get Justin, Winter's boyfriend up there to make the adjustment for me....

Well things are not happy in Winter's world, her and Justin can't seem to agree on most things...when they moved out here there was supposed to be an agreement that she would work while he stayed home and took care of things, like cleaning the house and cooking meals, he did this while he lived wiht his sister all the time...that worked very well for the first couple of weeks but now he has been nagging her to do things on her time off or after work,  she worked six days in a row and he nagged her to clean house and wash dishes and do laundry...I'd be kicking his sorry ass out and of course she get's real upset when I tell her these things.  She acts like she is really surprised at his behaivor, I'm not the least bit surprised by it, from where I sit it is just him being himself and acting like he always has...somehow she does not see this and for the life of me I can't understand it.

I am at the point where I'm doing my best to just nod and mutter as she rants, I know all she needs from me is to be a sounding board and she is NOT looking for any solutions.

Well if I can't have snow for Halloween I sure hope I can have sun so tomorrow I can enjoy playing online.  Today I also found a cool online radio station that I could listen to while playing...next I will try to find something on youtube or somewhere to see how video works with the high speed, never been able to really watch anything and enjoy it before so that will be a new experience.  Really loving this whole new set up and since I can be in my chair I can also watch the t.v.while working on line..how cool is that?
