  You are doing awesome. Holidays are more challenging for me because that is the time of year I like to eat special, traditional desserts. I too need to lose a few pounds so I need to use you as my inspiraton.

  Thanks for the info. I am just trying to figure out this site. I must say they are pretty god at taking care of mom. It's probably because I bug them so much it is easier to deal with it than me :] Well I ahve been to the director a few times too. i just ask for them to do their jobs in taking care of her. You do have to keep them on their toes. We do have one aid that is very close to mom. We don't have to worry when she is on duty. I'm on my way there in a few minutes. have a great day.
