About Me
That's me on the scooter at the Mardi Gras parade in my neighborhood two years ago. It was raining and we were wearing garbage bags! I use the scooter when I have to go distances and otherwise use a 3-wheeled walker. I go to physical therapy twice a week, Svaroopa yoga 3x aweek and regular hatha yoga for MS once a week. I eat sensibly (most of the time)and have been in a very committed and stable relationship for 11 years. My son turned 31 in December! We have a 6 yr old Schnauzer, Louie, a 5 yr old schnauzer mix named Willie, a foster (Australian Terriers) dog and two cats. Phew, that wore me out! Ciao for now.

My osteoporosis is due to the steroids I was put on to manage my MS attacks. I work out in PT and Yoga for MS and supplement with calcium and 2000 units of Vit D daily.
