Occupational Therapist / Rehab Counselor living with Professional civil Engineer husband andith my husband and 22 yr old medical assistant son who is planning a wedding for next january. Known as Auntie to lots of neices and nephews.husband very romantic and very practical. me pie in the sky and giddy. he's my anchor I'm his dreams. disabled x 15 years copd mechanical heart valve replacements 3 x 2 (aortic and Mitral) and congestive heart failure.

Close Smoking Addiction & Recovery
started smoking at 15 quit many times using differnet methods cold turkey, patches, gum, and or inhaler. lasted for varying length of times from 5 months to 2 1/2 yrs. longest quit was prior to second open heart surgery.that was in 1992. recently as of today april 26 at 6 PM I am nicotine free fir 24 hours and received my 24 hour chip at a meeting. it was a great motivator for me.

- harrowing was nasty to everyone most of all myself

- essential for survival keeeps nasty at bay
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- incredible tried it during a preivos quit and stayed on it for depression. worked wonders in treating depresssions symptoms left and never came back,
- Smoking Cessation Class Working / Worked
- lowers emotional load od quitting to immediate situation ineady of forever. for this moment I will practice nit smoking. I will make a daily routine of practising not smoling . in practice there is only success no failure. I have had only success first I DELAYED THEN I RESTRICTED DURATION, THEN FREQUENCY, AND FINALLY I STOPPED.
Close Bipolar Disorder
54 year old run myself till I literally drop from exhaustion. Love the energy as most of time too sick or depressed to do anything.
