    • Close Dyspraxia & Apraxia

I have suffered with concentration, co-ordination, memory and communication problems all my life and even was registered as disabled before new regs came in. I was originally diagnosed as having a minimal cerebral dysfunction as an adult & haven't braved requesting a proper diagnosis yet!

    • Close Shyness

I was quite quiet at school and wasn't fully aware of how stressed I was at having to meet with everyone, until I had the release of not going. When I was a child and people came to visit us, I used to hide behind my dad's armchair and stay there until they had gone. I sometimes go to extreme legths to avoid being seen by people, such as when I started doing my 10,000 steps per day, going out for a walk at two - four o'clock in the morning to avoid people.

    • Open Diets & Weight Maintenance

when I was a lot younger, I had trouble putting on weight and stayed 7 - 7 1/2 stone for ages. Then later my weight gradually crept up and kept on going. I am now around 11 to 11 1/2 stone and trying to regain control. I need to lose around 3 stone.
