I have buried 8 family members in 4 years. I am the last one. I have dealt with cancer.Seen more death then I would care to admit. Have Personally had to watch weight because I use that as an outlet and escape. and Recently have to make some decisions on my soon to be "life" partner who is an alcoholic. I am lucky that he knows it and is getting help. I am talking with others here and understanding it a bit better.... PS I AM AN OLD SOUL not really 101

I have buried 8 family members in 4 years. I am the last one. I have delt with cancer watched death and now have to decided on my "life" partner who is an alcoholic how to help. My god how much does one take?

- just letting go. It does help but can give me headaches so I have to be careful

Having been a size 26 to a size 6 I have found some peace at at 10-12 but it will always be a battle
