  Hoping this will at least get a smile out of you... So I was on the bus when suddenly I realized I needed to fart. The music was really loud, so I timed my farts with the beat. After a couple of songs, I started feeling better. But when I was leaving the bus, people were really staring me down, and that's when I remembered that I'd been listening to my ipod.

  Hello, I am sorry that you feel so badly! You have every right to feel totally shaken by everything that has happened. It sounds like you need some strong support. Is there anything I, or anyone else can do to help you? I was once in your situation (somewhat similar); and it did pass even though every minute seems like a month when you are hurting.
