Brain ToniQ tastes a little weird, and I don't recommend it room temp. Shake it a lot too, the nectar settles at the bottom. I store the cans upside down. It's not so carbonated that it totally explodes when you open it, just a lot of fizz. I like it now, but it was a taste that grew on me. Good luck.

Close Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
I was diagnosed with CFS in 1999, at age 19, after a bout of mono. I am sometimes able to work part time now and can exercise for short periods, but the fatigue is still so crushing. I recently moved to Clearwater, FL from Vermont to volunteer at Big Cat Rescue in Tampa. I love animals, especially tigers. It is physically difficult to work there, and I often pay for it.
Treatments
- Cymbalta Not Working
- Ugh.
- Lexapro Not Working
- Did nothing
- Paxil Not Working
- Awful. Made me feel sick and suicidal.
- Zoloft Not Working
- Did nothing
- Prozac Working / Worked
- Makes a huge difference. Have been taking it since diagnosis, 8 years. Without it I wouldn't function.
- Lunesta Not Working
- I took it for a while and it didn't help me sleep. Also, the bad taste in my mouth lasted all the next day. It drove me nuts. No way to get rid of it.
