Close Rheumatoid Arthritis
I was diagnosed with RA about six months ago and have been looking for info on treatment options.
Treatments
- Hydroxychloroquine Working / Worked
- Taking this in conjunction with Methotrexate. No side effects noted.
- Methotrexate Working / Worked
- Had difficulty with nausea on the pill, have moved to injections. However, it does not seem to be working to control pain, so my doctor is talking about moving me to Remicade infusions.
- Remicade Considering
- Since the methotrexate/plaquenil combination do not seem to be working, my RA doctor is suggesting I move on to Remicade infusions in order to bring my inflammation results down.
