thank you so much for your lovely hug sleep drives u mind if i cant get enough or even if u get to much you can get moody as far as knowing when to get to dr i thought i did but recently i havent but thats another story hope we become friends and help each other out in are dark days and have a laugh on our good days x take care

Close Back Pain
I was in a car accident 18 months ago resulting in lower disc bulging just recently was sent to a surgeon and told I now also have arthritus. My live in boyfriend says its an excuse and dosn't understsand things change.I went online to research options and to see if I could back up (no pun intended)my changes or if I am crazy .
Treatments
- Bedrest Somewhat Helpful
- When I cant stand I have no choice.At times it does help to ease but am stiffer getting up. Adding heat and med to rest also helps
- Cortisone (Injection) Working / Worked
- Had it while vacationing in the hospitol for 4 days three nights.I have no idea they had me heavily medicated
- Epidural Injection Somewhat Helpful
- It took @ 1 week to feel effects and seemed to ease temp.my first dr did series of 3 my second dr did 3 at once.
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- helps me relax hot tub was great help also
- Physical Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- i have had 2 different pts due to move felt more inprovement with 1st one i have no transportation now to get to therepy
