I am in a similar position - a horrible one. i had an emotional/sexual affair with a coworker and my life is total and complete hell right now, so if you need someone to talk to I am here :) Hang in there, it's what I am trying to do. If I could have seen what would happen because of my affair, I never would have done it either. Are you still with your h? Mine threw me out.
