      I'm 10 days out exactly and can easily down 1qt/1ltr in 5 min no problem. Your stomach seems to adapt quickly.

      Callie say you can't stretch your pouch from fluid!

      Besides you want to keep your system base or alkilinity to bind with the acid in the melting fat from all over your body !
