Close Shyness
I have struggled with shyness ever since I was little.
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Too Soon to Tell
- I've only had a few sessions of Counseling so far so its a bit to early to tell if it will help
- Socializing Not Working
- My bf and I have been dating 5 months and I still get nervous around him. Its horrible and I dont want him to think that is him thats effecting me.
Close Depression
I have been struggleing with depression for a long time and no one in my family understands so I am here trying to find support.
Treatments
- Effexor Too Soon to Tell
- I just started Effexor yesterday, and as wierd as it may sound I already have some side effect from it. I kind of feel horrible and a bit jittery today but I guess its supposed to get worse before it gets better.
- Paxil Working / Worked
- I liked Paxil for the benefits at least but the cons really out weighed the pros for me. I gained weight and if I forgot to take it I will so sick that I couldnt take it anymore so I had to switch.
- Psychotherapy Too Soon to Tell
- I have only had a few sessions.

- Aldactone Not Working
- I took this for awhile and never really seen any change.
- Metformin Somewhat Helpful
- It worked somewhat but the side effects were to much to bare.
- Oral Contraceptives Working / Worked
- I was on Ortho-Tri-Cyclen, I really liked it it got my periods regulated.
