I'ld like to talk with others with bipolar disorder about treatment options and ways of handling the ups and downs.
Treatments
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Working / Worked
- Loved the class. It gave me great skills to help calm and relax my thinking.
- Tegretol Somewhat Helpful
- I have noticed a slight change, my downs are less frequent, but my hypomanic phases are still pretty bad.
- Clonazepam Working / Worked
- Works but sometimes Ive noticed that Ill take it just to feel numb. Husband took over the meds now and monitors what I take.
