Been Type 2 diabetic since 1996 just looking to share my ups and downs maybe get some feedback, as well as helping others the best i can.
Treatments
- Humalog Working / Worked
- only fast acting insulin i have ever taken, has worked well for me.
- Insulin (Regular and NPH) Working / Worked
- This is the first long acting insulin i was on, i loved it. would rather be on this one. but for some reason my pharmacist told me it that it was no longer being made. then when i asked my doctor about it she told me that levemir worked much better.
- Levemir Working / Worked
- have been on this for a few years, i didn't like it at first when i was taking it as a 24 hour insulin. It did not work for me at all, but then i started using it as a 12 hour and i seemed to adjust well.
