I studied to become a psychologist, but I got too sick to continue. I am on disability now. Music is my life, I used to lead a children's choir and I am a singer. That helps me get through life's difficulties. I was raised bilingual but have been living in germany all my life. I enjoy writing alot. I believe in god and I am thankful that he cares. At the moment I am bound to the wheelchair but working on getting along using a walker.

Close Behcet's Disease
I was diagnosed in october 2009, but have been suffering for years. I am on disability now. Within a flare I lose my walking ability. Now I am bound to a wheelchair and practicing to walk aided. I am looking for support because a feel very alone. And it is kind of hard when you have an illness nobody knows. So I am looking forward to meeting people who know what I am talking about. :o)

- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- I had some resistance because of bad body immage but after a while I started enjoying it.
- Heat Working / Worked
- Lyrica Somewhat Helpful
- TENS Working / Worked
- I expected absolutely nothing, just tried and then I could reduce my painkiller-intake drastically. That is really great. My therapist used warm pads with stimulating vibes. No side effects!
- Vitamin B12 Not Working
- I couldn't feel the difference.
