I am married to my soul-mate. We have 3 beautiful kids. They are all October babies, so as you can imagine October is a very busy month for us. We have lost 3 pregnancies. Our first loss was on Aug. 26, 2005, the day before our anniversary. I found out I was pregnant at the same time as I found out I was pregnant after 8 years of trying to get pregnant. They estimated I was 4-6 weeks pregnant. Our 2nd loss was on June 3, 2007 after finding out that the baby I was carrying had anencephaly, a fatal neuro-tube defect. After a long time thinking about it and a long discussion with our pastor, we decided it would be better for me to get a D&C. We couldn't bring ourselves to plan for a funeral for our baby instead of a happy birth. Our third loss was Oct. 31, 2009. we found out during an u/s that our baby had died at 6wks 3days. I miscarried on the day that I would have been 13 wks. I am trying to recover mentally and physically from this loss.
